GREEK FETA THYME DIP

GREEK FETA THYME DIP 

  • 8 oz. feta cheese
  • 1-8 oz. block of cream cheese
  • 1 tsp YAYA-B Greek Seasoning
  • 1 garlic clove minced ( 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder)
  • 5-6 sprigs of fresh thyme ( 1/2 tsp dried thyme)

Place feta cheese in food processor, pulse until well crumbles, add cream cheese, YAYA-B, garlic, and thyme and blend until smooth.  Refrigerate and chill a few hours before serving to let the flavors to blend better. Serve with crackers, slices of pita, or vegetables.  Also makes a great spread for sandwiches.
